Is Richard Mirosevich a safe person with your money?

Edited:

2 April 2024 - We've been able to obtain a video conference between Richard Mirosevich and another person, not the Western Sydney Grandmother, where Richard Mirosevich admits to owing the Western Sydney Grandmother $225,000 as follows:

Key moments:

12:30 ... “working 12-14 hours per day, 7 days per week doing pool installations because his cousin John’s back has caused him to be unable to work, doing 3 jobs - property development, pool sales, pool installations” and “... when I have a day off I go and see (the Granny) and work on her house”.

14:00 “... After everything I’ve done for you, I’ve loaned you money, mortgaged my (the Granny's) house”.

14:25 ... “I’ve spent $20-30k bringing Granny's daughter back, I spent another $20k renovating (the granny's) your house before (inaudible), I’ve borrowed about $130k off you, (but) I’m in debt for $225k that I’m paying back (to the Granny), I’m paying the interest back 100%, I’m paying the principal back 100% plus I’m doing $70,000 in renovations (to the Granny), you’re going down to 3 days per week, I’m covering that and … (inaudible), my (Richard's) property is backing your (the Granny's) loan to me, so your secured ... “what I did for you and (the Granny's daughter), I did because of who I am” … and she (the Granny) throws in my face that she’s mortgaged “my house”. Mirosevich then states recalling his conversation saying: “I know you (the Granny) have (mortgaged the house) and I’m super appreciative, and I’ve got no ties, I’m renovating a house that has increased $350,000 in value (exageration), I’m covering everything (Richard now denies liability).

32:35 “Do you see me living at Mona Vale”? to which the Applicant says in reply: “No, not for a while now … I’m not sure (about us), I’m not good enough (for you)”.

35:20 “[I] came in about a year too early … if I had 1 job and not 4 … if I had time to literally hold her hand (she might be capable of having a relationship).

36:55 … I’m worried, I’m more than worried, I’m getting serious doubts …her mental state is so fragile that I am going to lose everything, my business is going to collapse because she is so draining”.

37:45 - the purpose of the (marriage) proposal was to settle her down a little bit … to reassure her with where I was at”.

39:00 - she's sabotaging our relationship”.

45:00 “... I’ve got $4M of value sitting over in Elimata, I’m not going to jeopardise that (with a relationship)” …. Friday night, I’m working, finished work at 9:15pm, I initiate a call to her, I just won a substantial job, 10:00pm, I need to get sleep, I will be waking up at 5:00am, got a text “pickup the phone now”, saying that being in a relationship was “like dealing with a bipolar person”.

We've discussed various adverse reviews given to Richard Andrew Mirosevich here on this site including a series of adverse reviews provided over Facebook.  Some of these reviews publicly available can be found here at this page - click here.

Mirosevich and his fiance' Emma Louise Ward trade as either Direct Fibreglass Pools or Instapools.

Buying pools or construction works from one of these businesses may involve paying a deposit? Money.

After reading the many reviews, are you still wondering if you should pay a deposit and commit to a significant purchase with these guys - Mirosevich or Emma Ward?  Want to know if you can trust them?  Are you safe?

If you want more info, then perhaps consider the following?

Unfortunately we've met someone who provided a $225,000 advance of money, in 2021.

The money was advanced by a single mum and grandmother from Western Sydney.

The $225,000 was secured to the single mum's and grandmother's home.

Mirosevich and this single mum and grandmother met via a dating website.

Within days of meeting the single mum and grandmother Mirosevich was doing building work at her humble residence.

To cut a long story short, 3 years later the facts are:

- Mirosevich signed a loan agreement for $225,000 with the single mum and grandmother.
- Mirosevich acknowledged in writing receiving independent legal advice.
- Mirosevich acknowledged receiving $225,000.
- Mirosevich recorded the below video in September 2021.
- Mirosevich says in his own words "I'm in debt for 225 (i.e. $225,000), so I'm paying back, I'm paying interest back obviously ...".
- Mirosevich says in his own words "... you're secured ...".
- Mirosevich says in his own words "... I'm covering everything ...".
- Mirosevich says in his own words "... what I did for you (and your daughter) I did because of who I am ...".
- Mirosevich says in his own words he is "super appreciative".

BUT

- Mirosevich has defaulted on the loan agreement which required the repayment of $225,000 to the single-mum by Christmas 2021.
- The single mum and grandmother did not receive the repayments of $225,000 that Mirosevich pocketed and promised to repay.
- Mirosevich has thrown up excuse after excuse after excuse.  Some of these excuses include, as circulated around Facebook and Instagram, that he has told his clients and other's he is behind on his obligations that he has anal cancer.

Below, recorded in happier times when Mirosevich acknowledged he received money is a video you may wish to watch and ponder.  NB:  The lady in the video is not the Western Sydney single mum and grandmother waiting for her $225,000 back.
